08 tiffin phateon phantom chirpping

Just recently purchased an 08 phateon. I hear phantom chirpping thoughout the rig. This almost sounds like a door bell, or a low battery alarm. (have checked all of these). I thought it was something to do with the 110 electrical, but recently as boondocking, and without any shore power or gen set runnning, this chirping occured. Normally from a cupboard above couch, or in bedroom in closet. I do not find any wiring or plugins in the area this noise comes from. kinda concerned about this......any help?

I would hear chirping or a noise similar to an alarm but it would stop as I started looking for it. It took a while but it turned out to be two crystal drink glasses in the little cupboard across the coach from the sink. They hang from the stems and occasionally would make contact (when the engine was running if I remember correctly.

Yup, check all detectors -- smoke, propane, carbon monoxide (if you have one). Something about that frequency -- I always have a hard time figuring out where it's coming from, but it's always been one of those.

My chipping was my smoke alarm. It had a sensor that after 5 years it would go off so that you had to change it. Just changing the battery did not work.
