Thanks but they want to sell me one from Valid. Which is I think about a $200 compressor for around $1000. Looking for an alternative.

Try the Viair 400C from Horn Blasters, $191.95 with free shipping. Comes with remote filter and check valve. Mine works great.

Thanks. I've been looking at that pump but wasn't sure it would be adequate. The circuit breaker for the original pump is 20 amps. The Viair 400C draws almost 30 according to specs. I see. I'm sure I can I can replace it with a 30amp breaker but I'm a little worried about the wire sizing. Did you have to make any changes or have any problems.

No changes and no problems. I installed the remote filter in the bay in front of tire on passenger side. It is about a year old. I changed the pressure switch with the pump.

Look at the sound rating when you compare pumps. Last time I did a comparison the Viair was near 80db. The Thomas that came with the HWH leveling was significantly quieter. Also look at duty cycle, not all are rated at 100%. There is a reason some are more expensive than others.
