Angry 12VDC Power Loss

I AM SURE THIS IS A QUESTION I AM THE ONLY ONE DOES NOT KNOW THE ANSWER.
I HAVE A 1996 WINNEBAGO ADVENTURER ON FORD CHASSIS
WHEN I UNPLUG MY SHORE POWER, I HAVE NOTHING, NO 12 VOLT HOUSE SYSTEM. I CAN STILL START THE ENGINE, BUT THAT IS IT.

I READ ABOUT A BATTERY DISCONNECT SWITCH AND AN SOLENOID ISOLATER, HOWEVER I CANNOT FIND EITHER. I HAVE POWER IN THE HOUSE BATTERIES. ??????? HELP

The battery disconnect switch is nearly always right at the entry door. May be labeled Main or Battery or some such. I think Winnebago uses the labels "USE" and "STORE" instead of ON & OFF for this switch. STORE means the batteries are offline, i.e. no power.

My 1993 Winnebagos disconnect is on the dash. It is labelled AUX OFF ON. It's a rocker type with no detents. So to check it I use my levels test button. If they light up I am using the house batteries. Hope this helps.
