I have a 2008 38ft safari FRED with 5.9 cummins. I heard all the tales of 10-12 mpg. I tow a honda element and golf cart on a tandem tow also. I run 70-72mph which I know doesn't help and I get a crappy 7.6 mpg. But I'm not gonna drag ass at 60mph to get a little better milage.

Ask him if he will guarantee that in writing and pay the fuel difference for as long as you own the MH.

I bet the smokies would just love to catch you in their radar. Not only speeding but careless as well.

LOL!

Just goes to show you that MPG is the second most likely thing a man will lie about.

FWIW, I get 17-19 mpg with my Travato.

The speed limit on the interstate is 70mph in most states. Sodon't understand what the smokies would do but wave as I went by and if speed limit changes I change with it.I own a big rig salvage yard and drive 18 wheelers daily and driving a MH is no different. I have 100,000's of thousands of safe accident free miles under my belt so aim your unsafe comments somewhere else.
