1979 Winnebago Chieftain Voltage Regulator Location

I was wondering where the voltage regulator for the alternator would be located on a 1979 winnebago chieftain. It is a 1979 dodge m50 chassis. I have a wiring diagram but go on location.

Not sure but it could be internal to the alternator. Ask your auto parts store if they show an separate part.

On my 76 south wind it was near the back of the motor on a plate. It will be an external reg. with 2 wires going to it. The only other place would be behind the grill.
