I am buying this rig and I would like to know if it comes with stablizing jacks built on for long term parking? It is the 33' model.

For Class A gasser of that age it was probably only an option so pretty much a coin flip if it has 'em.
Also, when you say "long term parking", if you are planning on staying put for many months (or years) you might be better off with a trailer. Motorhomes don't like sitting long term.
