1989/90 Pace Arrow water pump problem

Hi!!
I'm new to this forum and new to the whole RV life of awesomeness!!
I'm looking for a little guidance on the best approach to removing the water pump on the P30 7.4.
To be more specific, do I NEED to remove the radiator to get a the water pump or is there another approach?
Not a 100% sure if the problem is the water pump, but it seems to make sense that it is due to the location of where the coolant is leaking from.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
BTW: My kids and myself LOVE this beast.... The wife.... Not so much

Remove the bottom half of the fan shroud it will be stapled together you will bolt the pieces back together so drill holes before removing the staples

Thank you. That was helpful.

I got the bottom shroud detached from the upper, but do I also need to remove the stabilizing cross member part as well. Pardon me, but I don't know what that part is actually called. It is bolted directly to the main frame.
As I'm typing this out, it is coming pretty clear that I will need to 😒
