We had a 1985 345 Turbo Diesel for seventeen years. Just sold it last Summer and I think it's probably in California right now. That's where the guy said he was going.

We loved the coach. Many many trips. Just got a little too confining for us as we got older. Got a really good price for it, but then it was in great mechanical condition. Still miss it.

Airstream did produce some of the classics on the Ghillig chassis. They were generally the 37 footers.

They are a great old coach and lots of folks are very curious about them. Expect knocks on your door. We actually set up times for tours on one trip we had so many requests.

I have always liked them way back 50 years ago when we went to Grannies I had a Aunt that lived in a Airstream trailer in Grannies back yard. They are amazing, Yours looks great with the blue.
Have fun remodling.

We had a 1985 345 Airstream. We loved it. I like a lot of the features on our Pace Arrow, but miss all the comments on the Airstream. The one thing I don't miss is the corner bed. I don't think the Airstream motor home will ever go out of style.

New to Everything!!!! 2

Hi,

I think I posted to another thread that has Airstreams so I apologize if this is a duplicate, I am taking delivery of a 1992 350 LE tomorrow and would like to join the thread. I know my work will be just beginning when I take delivery. I hope to post a photo when I get it.

Thanks
Malcolm

I have a new in box height sensing valve for the airbag system. If anyone needs one, get in touch with me and we will work something out.
