You may have already checked this but many Fleetwoods have a master battery switch. Mine in right inside the door on the side of an overhead compartment. Two switches, one for the house and one for the chassis. They are return-to-center type switches.
If you've already tried that, then check the house solenoid in the BCC (Battery Control Center). They can be pulled apart and the contacts cleaned. Called a Latching Solenoid. That is, the coil is momentarily energized to close the solenoid and it holds it's position without power.
There are (at least in mine) fuses in the BCC, and also under a panel next to the Circuit Breakers.
