Anyone know where the master brake cylinder is located on a 1990 Georgie Boy Cruisemaster?

From what I remember, it was in the left front wheel well- up against the floorboards. Very hard to check and service.

I have got a 1996 Cruisemaster and mine is located in the left wheel well. Only access I see is in the wheel well area.
