1995 American Dream electrical drawings

What is the best way to get good quality original electrical drawings for the 1995 Fleetwood American Dream? I am having problems with the circuitry in the 8.0 Kw diesel generator (stops after 15 minutes or so running), and with the LP Gas circuitry (no 12 VDC present at the solenoid on the LPG tank when the water heater, furnace, stove, etc. is turned on).

I want to repair these items before I take the RV to the NHRA race in Commerce, Georgia in 2 1/2 weeks. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Have you checked the generator for codes after it shuts down? If you don't have a manual you can Google with the Onan identifier and get them online in pdf.

For what it's worth my 7.5 QD had a lot of $ spent on it trying to find why it was overheating & shutting down. Long long story but bottom line was a defective radiator cap.

1995 American Dream Gen details

My generator is the Onan 8.0 KW Diesel model. It has had every problem possible so far. The fuel pump failed. The fuel filter collapsed. The radiator fan electric motor seized. The fan belt shredded. The water pump developed an air lock. These items have all been repaired. Still, it runs for a few minutes to a couple hours and then trips the safety switch. I am tempted to bypass the switch, but don't want to destroy something.

I bought this camper five years ago, and have not been able to take it anywhere with confidence. If I have to dry camp, I know that I am rolling the dice. With the LPG system not functioning properly, I can only take cold showers in the camper even with a 50 amp hook-up.

That would be a 8.0 DKDFJ Onan Genny and Kubota D 950 Engine.
I have 2 of these- The one in my Coach has a lot of hours and still works great, but I've been through almost all that could could have gone wrong over the years. Including a Rebuilt Engine.
The 2nd one a bought and it has 280 hours on it .
If your tripping the Red Button breaker its Overheating, must have air in the system.
Do you have the remote radiator ?
