Smile 1999 Beaver Patriot 33L

Hello My Friends, I am still looking for my RV to full time in, small in size..Any comments on a really well kept 1999 Beaver Patriot...It has all the options, throughly inspected....around 67,000 miles. I would like it to last 10 years of full timing..any comments? I have always looked to this site for advice and you all have always come through for me. Thanks in advance.

A friend owns that model, length. He is very happy with it, keeps it in a climate-controlled garage when not used. He and I were in an Alaska caravan a few years ago, and I was constantly impressed by it's looks, power, and interior amenities.
I searched for a year when we were MH shopping, we were so impressed. but never found that model-anywhere for sale. Although it is a shorter MH, his even has a washer/dryer installed.

Beaver are great rigs. I've found 4 different Beaver RV's and other swoop in and buy em before I can make an offer 😜 Found an awesome, one owner, 97 Patriot. Was just 33ft so I felt it didn't have enough storage for me doing full-time travel. I'm looking at a nice Country Coach now, I'd buy either one...😜👍
