1999 Pursuit 32--Dash AC won't blow cold.

Installed new compressor, drier, switches and recharged to 55 lbs pressure. Still no cold. Where is the dash AC clutch fuse and relay. Not in fuse box in the firewall. Or...I am blind.

Ck. On Engine compartment.. it might find it there, usually there is a good chance is there. Passenger side
