We have a split bath with a shower and sink on the passenger side and toilet and sink on the drivers side. Works for us. Theater seating with lots of storage and A small couch and 2 electric recliners with a 42" flat screen above the booth dinette that has a leaf that extends to add 2 more chairs. I took out the head banger and added a small cabinet. Everything else came that way from the factory. Newmar has great floor plans. Our grandkids are to old to tag along with Papa and Grandma. Our floor plan is on the 3910 w/theatre seating option.

We must not be the only couple that has come to that conclusion. Some of the most popular floorplans for Tiffin, Newmar, and Entegra are bath & 1/2 models. They wouldn't be manufacturing them if customers weren't buying them.
And here I figured it had to do with the builders all moving to a unified master bath over the engine. Making it a real PITA to get to the toilet with the slides in.

Have you looked at the Newmar site and the floorplans? They do have 40 - 45' tag axle rigs.

I think he was referring to a 40-45' rig without a bath and a half floorplan.

The Ventana 4322. Of course with Newmar you have the flexibility of doing away with the half bath in any of their floor plans.

After doing some research, I finally figured out that you get as close to what you would like and then do modifications, to get it like how you really see it. I know that I will be taking out the bed in the bedroom and putting in a sofa sleeper, the bed takes up to much space, and then I can use the area as a craft room, or my grand daughter can have her own area when she comes with me.
