2-Way radio Power

I have a 2004 Winnebago Adventuer, 38 Ft. I purchased it last year and the 2-way radio charger inside the entry door has never worked. There is no ref to the associated wiring. Anyone have similar problems?

Never saw a 2-way radio charger in a RV. Do you mean a 12 volt outlet for accessories? Maybe a picture would help.

The Audiovox 2-Way Radio Charger/Dock in my 2005 Vectra has an inline fuse in the power lead. You will need to remove the dock to get access to the wiring.

What he is talking about are small hand held "walkie talkies" about 3 inches tall. Good for short range communications. On my Journey there is a built in charger in the dash for recharging the radios and if memory serves me correctly it holds four of the small devices. My radios never worked and we don't need them.

Thanks to all of you who replied. The 4 radio charging deck is just inside my entry door. I had not thought about looking behind the unit itself. Will let you know if that solves the problem. While the radios themselves may not be necessary, I just hate having something that doesn't work. Guess it goes back to my chopper flying days.
