That all depends upon how much room you have. Tiffin uses 24, 28, and 32 gallon tanks so they are out there. Best bet is do a google search for propane tank and find some vendors that give dimensions and specs then measure your RV and see how much room you have.

When propane generators were in style many rigs had larger LP tanks to supply them with fuel. If you don't have a propane genset, there usually isn't a need for a huge tank. The exception, of course, is winter heating for those who stay in the frozen lands.

You can add a tee to your system that will accept a feed from an external tank - it's called an Extend-A-Stay from Marshal Brass. That way you can hook up any size tank the local LP sypplu place will deliver to your site.

I know I'm kinda late to respond to these posts, but I'm a new member & just getting around to looking at them all. My Beaver contessa has a 50 gal propane tank. Like the guy a few posts mentioned, it's an older DP & it has a propane geni. Thanks
