2000 Beaver Monterey Brakes

I am having stopping issues with my 2000 Beaver Monterey. It takes a great deal of pedal pressure to stop also, when you have your foot on the brake and release the parking brake it moves fairly fast. So I don't believe it is the weight of the coach..... Has anyone had the same issues? I have replaced all brake pads and turned the rotors and now turned my attention to the brake booster. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated...... Thank You

Gasser or DP? If gasser, disk pads have a friction coefficient. The larger the more they grab the rotors. If the wrong pads are installed, then more pedal pressure is needed. Could also be booster.
If DP with air brakes than a treddle valve could be faulty (you step on a brake pedal hooked up to treddle valve) . Hope this helps!
