I'm hoping someone has this problem so they can help me solve mine. In our bathroom, where the toilet is, we have a water leak and we can't find out where it's coming from. It's on the outside wall and it only gets damp at night. We've turned everything off, and one by one turned things back on. We just can't find the leak. And, there aren't any water lines in that wall. we took the toilet off and it was dry. We also, replaced the seal in the toilet. Please, please, please can anyone help. We even called Monaco, and they said there aren't any water lines in that wall. Its sooo frustrating . Thanks, Jackie

Are you sure it's not the toilet? Your toilet has a water valve that could be leaking. It happened in ours.

How are the A/c drains? Run during the day you might see the moisture at night even without the A/C on. Also leaving the water pump on and shore water off does the pump run without a water source on. Another is it raining out?
Just an after thought and its bad, do you turn on the light when you go? Hell as we get old anything can happen.

How big is the spot? Is it the complete outside wall in the toilet room? I see you are in Texas. Does this happen every night? If not, is it when it's fairly humid? I'm suspicious that some gaps may have developed in the insulation inside that wall and in humid conditions the wall is sweating. Do you see condensation on the outside of that wall when this occurs?

Just thinking out loud.

We have an electric toilet (microphor) and we've had the toilet completely off and it is dry as a bone.
We haven't had are air conditioner on for months and, we travel and haven't been in humid weather for months.
The outside wall only get damp at night when the weather is cold.
Thanks for all your replies. Keep them coming.
I know someone out there wil have a solution.

Presume the moisture is on the inside of the outside wall.

Warm moist air is being cooled and looses it's ability to hold the moisture so condensation forms.

Try running your bathroom fan one night. Might try leaving the door open too to get better air circulation in the somewhat confined space.

Cool air may be entering the wall cavity from a failed seal around the window.

Any roof vents or other equipment mounted on the roof immediately above the problem wall? Any possible entry point for cold air should be checked for integrity.

Like so many issues with RV's, repair is often less difficult than finding the source.

There are a lot of good minds on this site. Keep the faith.
