2000 R-Vision motorhome

Please help I have a 2000 rvision on a workhorse chassis with a 454 engine 7.4 I am having an issue of it losing power and has no accelerator response every sensor and fuel tank and pump has been replaced and still no fix has anyone had this problem before my unit has been down for 8 months at the dealership and no one can seem to find the issue I am located in South Carolina you can't afford to have it towed again it only has 36,000 miles original if someone know of anything please help

check fuel pressure under load. Check for bad/ plugged exhaust system. Need a lot more info , what does it do under what conditions. Engine temp how long has the engine run before problem shows, any codes, what are the fuel trim numbers on a scan tool. anything done to the engine before the problem started. I need a complete history
