If you got a spark, you MAY HAVE blown a fuse and the fuse MAY have nothing to do with the jacks. Did the hydraulic pump run at all when you pressed the level button? If it did and if you have fluid in the reservoir, then you may have a stuck valve or air in the line. If any work was done on the jacks recently and the lines were not bled, then it could be an air problem.
If the pump did not run at all, then it is an electrical problem - a disconnected wire, a fuse or the control board.
