Question 2002 Alfa See Ya

I'm having several problems.. First My Brake Lights quit working, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. 2nd. My Hazard lights quit working as well. My turn signals still work.. I looking in the front driver side compartment where all the fuses and relays are located can't find anything related to thos systems.. Any Thoughts on where they might be. 3rd. When i turn my headlights off my running lights won't shut off.. The only way i can turn my running lights off is killing power to the chasis.. 4th. My dash ac system wont adjust the air flow to where i want it to go adjusting the climate control.. (I.E. Defroster, Feet, Dash) Its locked in the defroster.. Any clue where the perportioning valve maybe located??

Any help on these issues would be greatly appreciated... Thanks in advance..

Hello and . We are glad to have you join us here and we look forward to reading of your adventures and experiences. I am sure you will enjoy the website and forums. Good luck, stay safe and keep us posted.
I am not positive if the fuses for the circuits you are having trouble with are under the dash or not but lift up the dash to access more fuses and the Battery Control Center.
The reason the dash air flow is not working is probably a non-functioning vacuum pump or a vacuum line has come off. It is located on the firewall. Look for vacuum line off a 12 volt motor/pump.

Fuses for brake lights are in the compartment behind the right rear wheel.
