I actually did have a clipboard and a stack of ads with me when we went to see it the first time, because we had about 20 to look at. And there were 1 or 2 in that 20 that might even work out, though we weren't as enthusiastic about them as we were with this one.

I can easily do that again.

Aaaand, I got my deal. We spent almost 5 hours at the dealer this morning - took it on a test drive, and the sales guy was a little flustered because the sales manager went with us, he took us a wrong way that ended up good - we drove through a VERY residential neighborhood (with cars parked on both sides of the street) and ended up having to turn around in a cul de sac, so good experience with it there -the backup camera was perfect.

Got into negotiations and I gave him my $35k price, he couldn't meet it. No way,no how. We almost got up and walked when he came back with his final number (and he was so afraid he was going to lose this sale, he was actually physically shaking) and he came down actually BELOW my $35k in the end. Not alot, but still below. And we got a 4-year bumper to bumper warranty for $4k as part of the deal. I'm VERY happy. They have a few things to go over and they are going to winterize it, but we pick it up next Saturday.

Coach is in excellent shape, we have records for every oil change, every fluid change, etc. The prior owner was meticulous.

I can't wait for next season now!
