2004 Cross Country AC Question

Greetings,
I'm new to the site and have a question. What would cause both a/c units not being able to run at the same time? The front operates fine by itself as does the rear, but when you try to operate both at the same time..............the last one turned-on never comes-on. Both units are new. Transfer switch changed out by mobile repair, but did not solve the problem. Next stop was Camping World. They said its in the gen-set, but would not tackle the problem. Any opinions would be immensely appreciated. Regards, Phillip

50A shore power. This week I will hook up to shore power and see if the problem persist as does on generator power. I kinda doubt if it will.
