When we had our 2005 Georgie Boy there were three knobs that I took off to remove the dog house. One was on the rear of the dog house and then there was one on each side of the dog house.

Some motorhome manufacturers use latches you use an allen wrench to release. The latches are normally hidden by the carpet. Feel around the hump on the floor. Mine has four 1/4" screws on each corner that goes through the lip of the dog house. You wouldn't know their there without feeling for them because they are hidden by the carpet.
