2004 Gulfstream Sun Voyager opinions

We are looking at a 37' 2004 Sun Voyager 8350/8379 with workhorse chassis and after reading horror story reviews on some GS models, I haven't found much info on the Sun Voyagers. Would like to hear from current/previous owners of this model or similar models before I make the 5 hour drive for inspection. It appears to be an excellent value, and we really like the layout, but I am getting cold feet!

I had an 06 Independence from GS and bought it used (repo) with 5K miles..I was apprehensive but got a good deal.....Put 20K miles on it ....

I had very very good luck with this MH.......GS is no help, calling them was next to useless...Bad reputation also ref quality.......They are now out of the motorized side of the business......But the overall structure was sound and the appliances, etc were just fine......I had the V-10 which was great....

I always kept in mind that this was an entry level MH and therefore did not expect more than it delivered......

Overall, I was very happy and pleased with the MH.....If we did not upgrade to the DP, we would have kept it.......Can't help with your specific model.....
