2004 Pace Arrow 37c roof question

Hi folks,
Wife and I are looking at 2 identical 2004 Pace Arrow 37C motorhomes. They are same floorplans ect. The one we looked at today has a TPO roof and the one we will look at tomorrow the owner says it is a rubber roof. Is it possible that the same year/model would have different roofs? Would a rubber roof be a deal breaker for any of you in this particular MH? I was told by a Camping World service tech that a rubber roof could be made into a TPO roof.....is that possible?
Thanks in advance.

EDPM (rubber) is fine. My last coach had it and it was 14 years old and still in good shape. My new coach has TPO and I like it better but I can't tell you if it will last as long. I think either is fine if you take care of it. Yes you can change a roof from one to the other but it isn't cheep and there isn't a reason to unless its shot.
