2004 Seabreeze power cord

Where can I purchase a power cord for this RV? Can I hardwire a new power cord to the ATS? Or should I just purchase a new power cord?

I have even considered eliminating the ATS and mounting a box with a 50 amp outlet, so to be able to plug power cord into generator? Any thoughts?

Reida, you can purchase a new cord at most any Camping World store or even Ebay. I suggest that if you have a working automatic transfer switch that you retain it and hardwire the new 50amp (if your coach is wired for 50amp) cord to it .

Yes, you can eliminate the ATS altogether and just have an outlet wired from the generator output to plug your shore cord into. Although, the cost differences of replacing a failed ATS vs wiring a new outlet for your cord will probably be a "wash".
