2004 Winnebago

We have a 2004 Winnebago Vectra 40 KD 3 slides. Purchased from orginial owner. Have a major problem with the 2 front slides.

Driver side extends and drops down. Interior couch and dinnette.
Needs aligment. Had HWH replace plastic guides.
HWH said they could not do anything about the aligment.

Curbs side extends. Interior couch and kitchen area.
One end needs to be raised up and starting to make noise when opened. Had HWH look at it and they could not adjust the aligment. HWH said both aligments need to done by Winnebag.
This slide I am told has 3 plastic guides on the bottom. I took it into a RV shop here in town and they did not know a thing about adjusting the slides.

Any one had there slides adjusted with HWH equipment?
