Unhappy 2004 Zanzibar Safari - Cannot find the fuse for water pump

I have a 2004 Safari Zanzibar motor home. Per the manual, the 12 volt water pump is automatically powered when AC power is not present. It doesn't work.
Three switches are provided to activate the water pump; in the bath room, outside in the waste tank bay, and in the central control panel. Tried all with no results. I have searched in the major fuse panel in the outside bay at the left front wheel, and in the fuse panel in the bedroom... and can find nothing that indicates a water pump fuse. Any suggestions?

PS: The water pump is in the waste tank bay and I couldn't find a fuse there either.

Our '04 Monaco product has one "inline" in the water bay. It was quite a ways in... It is "older" auto type glass fuse.

I have a fuse in the bedroom 12 volt distribution panel & also a fuse at the water pump. The fuse at the water pump should not be hard to find, just trace the red wire, it is an inline automotive type fuse.

My pump uses a latching relay which may also cause a problem.

Intellitec Water Pump Controller, 10 Amp, Latching, 00-00145-100

There is also a relay used in the system.

You may check the wiring on each of the pump switches to make sure none has loosened and at the water pump.
