The way I read you thread you need new tires and batteries. Have you priced them? Are you buying it from a dealer? If so have all repairs in writing have them sign off and get a copy just to cover yourself. Better yet have them fix any repairs before signing the dotted line. You are buying a great coach.

Verify that EVERYTHING works before leaving the dealer lot. Don't take their word for it - see it for yourself.
Get yourself a good pre-delivery checklist and go through it with the dealers PDI person. Here is one source for checklists:

Test everything to make sure it works and have new batteries and tires installed before you sign final papers. CarFax will not tell you anything on actual motorhome portion, the CarFax will only give a report on the chassis such as recalls ect. If it is in good shape you should be pleased with the handling and workmanship.

My suggestion is don't give them the check until EVERYTHING is fixed. Take it for a ride on the local roads and the interstate. Take it up to 70 mph and see how it feels. Front end work is very expensive. Test all the appliances even the heater, water heater and dash air. Feel how it stops (brake work is not cheap). Make sure the tranny shifts smooth with no slipping. Check the hoses and belts for wear or rot. Make sure you have all the old receipts for work done and parts bought so you know it was taken care of and what was done. And last but not least make sure you check out all the lights, horns and the windshield wipers.... I say all this from a $6,800 bad experience.
Good luck!
