2006 Discovery Door Latch

My door latch got stuck the other door and had to go thru a window to unlock it. Has anyone had a fix for this.

I had ours lock on us once while we were outside trying to figure out how to back into a site and I had to go through a window to unlock it. In our case, one of our cats was to blame. That darn door lock switch on the passenger arm rest is now disconnected, and a spare set of keys are hidden outside somewhere. Now if I could remember where i put them..........
