We have the `06 Bounder 38L Diesel and have had no problems with the 300 Cat. It's at 40,000 miles, performed all the required maintenance, and all is good.

No way of guessing with 3 data points - year - make and miles. Can't comment due to that and my '08 has the Cummins 325.

I don't know much about the Bounder with the Cat, other than I have a friend that owns one and likes it a lot. In my reasearch for a DP, I have became pretty good at looking up NADA though, and it shows the 2007 Bounder 300 HP Cat (4 models) at 84-87.5K Low Retail and 101-105K Average Retail. Hope that helps.

My 2007 Expedition has the 300 hp cat engine with 40,000 miles. No problems and very satisfied with performance.

Can not comment on the Cat, but bought my 08 Bounder 38v (6.7 ISB) last Feb of 13 with 19 K. 10 months and 9,000 miles later no problems and no regrets!

Lots of posts on here about Days RV in Corbin and Eastgate RV. Personally I have never done business with them so can't comment. My best advice is to check the BBB on the business and Google it, look things over good, have a independent inspection done and get everything in writing. Good luck to you!

Have a Bounder 38V with the 300hp Cat and Allison trans got 28k on it great combo tow a 07 Dodge Dakota c/c pick up get about 8 mpg doing it. Only problem with the coach is the roof is starting to get soft spots so check that area real thoroughly.

I have my roof checked annually - was there a particular area or in general?

I to have read several post concerning the reliability of this specific dealer. Good coach in general, maybe not so good of a dealer based upon members experiences!

thanks for the comments. I have located a 38N very low miles, pristine condition for the same money the corbin guy wanted. i have not heard good things about the Days group either, looks like a good ride. Any other things to watch for other than the roof. not a big fan of rubber roofs, but its been stored inside and less then 10,000 miles. and no it has not been lived in full time

My '08 does not have a rubber roof.
