I have a 2007 Sea Breeze (just purchased) how do I find out about remaining warranty on Ford Chasiss?

Congratulations on your new Sea Breeze! You should be able to find out the in-service date at your local Ford dealer. You'll need the VIN for this.
You might even be able to get it by registering at myford.com

Ford has a Ford Motorhome Customer Assistance Center. Have your Vin ready and call 1-800-444-3311

The Ford Motorhome hotline will help you find a service center, assist in scheduling service, provide roadside assistance for chassis related problems and provide any information they can to assist you.
