Just my personal opinion but I think it is a little high. I would want to buy it somewhere between 118K and 120K. We have the 40PDQ and have been happy with it. Make sure the recall to replace the motor on the large awning has been done as our awning unfurled while we were driving down the highway. Other than that and loosing our radiator on our first trip our coach has been relatively trouble free. Latest problem is a bent foot on the front jack but I blame that on myself as I did not use any type of pad under the jack and drove it through a concrete pad. Love the Cummins 400.
