2008 Forest River or 2006 Holiday Rambler Neptune

Hello Everyone. My husband and I are looking at buying our first motorhome. We have looked at the below units if anyone has knowledge of the units we would appreciate the input.

2008 Forrest River 360QS Berkshire

2006 Holiday Rambler 38 Neptune

I want something that will last since we will be making payment for a long time. I like the Berkshire but they have not been in business long and it seems there is alot of 2008 Berkshire for sale which makes me wonder if there may be a problem.
The Neptune is good also but dated looking on the inside and the bumper has a small crack.
I may be looking at this all wrong, but will forward to hearing any suggestions. Thank you..

berkshire is a warren buffet holding so being a new label should not be a concern
the HR youre looking at is pre-navastar and out of business, and i woulnt let that bother me either as i bought a new 2009 HR w/o a warranty . iwould worry about the dated look as you will probably have it a long time. once you find a coach you want have it checked by a RV tech and enjoy many years of travel

just liven life in east tn or where ever our
2011 georgetown ,2012 explorer and 02 tbird take us

Holiday Rambler hands down ! Forrest River's build quality can't come close to that of HR.

I'm not that familiar with the Berk, but the Neptune is pretty far down the HR pecking order. We have friends that bought one new, kept it for a year and then swapped it for a Sceptre.
