If, when the switch is activated and you can feel the corresponding solenoid "click", the signal control circuit is good but the solenoid itself has an issue. If you do not feel the solenoid "click", you need to use a volt meter or test light to verify whether you are getting a control signal from the switch. If not there may be fuse(s) on the solenoid that may be blown. A broken wire or loose connection can interrupt the control signal as well.
If, you do have voltage feeding the solenoid and the connections are good, the solenoid again has an issue.
