We had a 2009 thor like you are considering. Overall we liked it. It was a gasser and seemed moderately underpowered of course. It was of fair quality and we had few problems with it. It had the "Hurricane" whistle that was related to the engine grill. I replaced it and fixed the noise. I put a blueox track bar on the rear axle, as suggested on this forum, which really helped in handling. And, I was planning to do the same to the front. It was very easy to winterize. The sewer tank was very shallow, 6 or 8 inches deep and would clog up easily. We had it for 4 years.

We have an 08 32r snd it has been good. It has the hydraulic jack and slide units, which i feel are more secure then the newer mh's have now. Rides great after doing the cheap handling fix, and i did put on a rear track bar.
