2010 Damon Astoria Over heating

I have purchased a 2010 Damon Astoria model 3772 used with 9800 miles.
This is the 350 HP Cummins engine.
When I pull a grade it overheats.
I talked to Thor and they recommended downshifting to keep the RPM up.
Freightliner replaced the clutch fan.
Cummins has replaced the heat sensor.

first what percent is the grade? what temps are you seeing? is this the ISB engine? What is your weight on this grade? Are you towing as well?
where you still on cruise on the grade?
we need empirical data to maybe give you a shot in the dark

that being said
i run 205 to 210 all the time, I do down shift at steeper grades and take off cruise to keep the rpms in the power band. If this means hitting the top at 40 mph so be it.
