So I was able to peel the sealant off on the sidewall and no rott visible. Seems like the sealant was just broken and discolored. I purchased Dicor self leveling lap sealant and non sag lap sealant for the roof. For the sidewall where the side rail meets the end cap and sidewall I purchased 100% silicone, per Thors recommendation. I plan on spot sealing the rv this weekend. I will keep you apprised of the outcome. In the mean time any recommendations on what I can use to prep/clean the sealant areas? I prefer to not have to buy a specific roof cleaner product. Thanks
