2012 Tuscany XTE - Ultra Level

Levelers will not retract. Thor thinks I need to reset a breaker switch, but I cannot locate it. The schematic Thor emailed me does not resemble my battery compartment. Thanks!

There is a button sequence on the control panel to reset the system. When mine wouldn't retract, I called Thor hotline and they gave me the sequence. Unfortunately, it is not in the Lippert manual and I am not in the MH where I wrote it down. Call Thor hotline and tell them you want the reset button sequence for the control pad. Chances are it will fix it.

Thanks for replying to my problem. After talking with 3 different Thor technicians, and going through the reset process numerous times, one technician mentioned that there might be a breaker switch that tripped off, but couldn't tell us where it was located. We went to Camping World and the tech there couldn't find the switch either, but suggested we test the power going to the pump to confirm that there was a problem with the power (bought a 12 Volt power tester for $8) We confirmed there was no power to the pump, and then by tracing back the red positive/power line (from the hydraulic pump) we found a breaker switch in the upper right hand corner above the generator (not in the battery compartment where Thor said it was). I reset the switch and now all is well!!!! It was a big problem for our first trip in our new MH, but we learned a lot!!!
