my small Bedroom slide motor failed twice, CW installed the first, I installed the second time - fairly easily, and no problems since...
you might give your coach customer service a call, tell them you have a bad motor you have removed from your slide, and ask them to send you a new motor for you to reinstall - Thor did this for us, nice : )

Next thing I would try would be to switch what you think is the bad controller with a good one from another slide. See what happens. I was looking at one of mine today while loading some stuff and it seems to be just unplug wires and remove screws to switch.

Another thing if you're up for a larger challenge would be to switch motor wires on the controller to see if the opposite motor then runs. If it does, the motor is OK and the controller only has output on one channel. If the same motor runs, then both outputs on the controller are good and the one motor is bad or the wires to the motor. You will need to remove the wires from the plugs to switch them and this could be a difficult task.

Had the same thoughts, but since it is going in for other warranty items next week, I will let the dealer mess with it... Don't want to risk them saying I messed something up. The 2 controllers are right next to each other, so troubleshooting as you describe should be easy enough. I hope it's not a bad motor, or it looks like the slide facia has to be removed to access the set screw for the motor, unless I am missing something!
