2014 Models RVs

Does a 2014 RV that still at the dealer and this late in the year still considered a new motor home ? Am about to buy a 2014 Fleetwood Excursion and was wondering if is still considered new.

If it has never been titled, it is new regardless of the year. We bought a brand new 2008 Goldwing in 2010--got a great deal!

A dealer friend of mine had a 5 year old Toyota Solara with 60,000 miles on it that he just sold as new. The car was a demo, untitled, that his wife used, fell in love with it and he could not get her out of it.

Yes, new. If it has been on his lot for more than 6mos and this time of year is best time to buy. Eager to sell and factory love to him, floor plan expiring, new models enroute=should be good deal to you.

I think they have two more 2014 Excursion models but only one 35B. Thats the one am getting and I think is a pretty good deal. They are now fixing few things which is good for them to find them now rather than me later on the road I am kinda excited and at the same time scared. Hope all is good down the road and hope we can meet some good folks on the road too.

It's new for warranty purposes, and for state tax purposes as well. But I would not pay the "new" price for it - it has depreciated whether titled and driven or not.

I think Fleetwood is offering a $5K rebate to help dealers move 2014's off their lots.

One dealer has a 2014 Dutch Star on the lot, only offering about 20% off but you should be able to get 25 to 27% on a new 2015, so they still have a ways to go to get my business.

Already getting around 30% to 35% off the MSRP. WHere is a good place to find out how much should I pay for the unit?
