For me there are two reasons.
The first one is to share knowledge about what kinds of things get easily overlooked but become problems in the future in the form of growing aggravations.
The second one is the hope that somebody at the factories is reading social media like this and paying attention to what is said.
That is also why I tell salespeople what I really think of some of their products that I am interested in. As far as ACE goes they generally look good and have sorted out some of the problems but there are still a few show stoppers for us. The sink would do it. The shower is no prize and the electric only refrigerator in the model we like is a definite no.
