We are looking to buy this motorhome and we are see the large slide on the driver side and large slide on the passenger slide each one has left marks in the black flooring. The marks are perfectly aligned down the length of each slide. Does anyone know how this could happen?

I would guess the rollers are not rolling when the slides are extended or retracted. With the slides in you should be able to look between the slide floor and the coach floor to check the condition of the rollers. There's a Newmar owners group page on IRV2 where you might find more information.

Slides with tile floors should have pads for rollers to ride on to protect tiles, if rollers are loose on their axis may need new rollers remounted to brackets.
