245/70r19.5 rim?

hello, we have been looking around for a new steel rim for our motor home of measurment 245/70r19.5, i havent been able to find a single steel rim with the measurments listed... it would be a 8 hole 245/70r19.5 steel rim that i am looking for, just a singular rim, if anyone knows where i can go to purchase this in the miami area, or online... it would be greatly appreciated if you could list it for me... thank you...

245/70R19.5 is the size of your tires. Rim sizes are called out by the diameter and width. My coach uses 19.5x6.75 rims. The easiest way to make sure you get the exact rim you need is to take one of your off and look on the inside of the rim. There will be a manufacturers name and a model number stamped on the rim. With that info, any good tire/wheel dealer can get exactly what you need.

245/70r19.5 is a tire size/disruption.

Apparently what you want is a "19.5 inch wheel" of the same the "width", with the "same number of holes, in the same bolt pattern" as the wheels on your coach.

I just went to e-bay and searched "Ford 19.5 inch rim" returned a bunch of results. Your probably looking for a 19.5 x 6 with 8 lugs. When you look at the steel rims, look at the holes in the rims also, that will give you an indication if your looking at the correct rim.

Ford F450 Super Duty 2001 19.5" Wheel Rim 3342

this one for example, would it fit the 245/70r19.5 measurement?? that is my worry... i am sorry if this is basic stuff, we are fairly new to motorhomes and such

There are lots of variables when specifying a rim, besides the diameter, width and bolt pattern. They come with different backspacing (offset), center hole diameter, load capacity, and lug nut type, to name a few. That's why I suggested finding the exact model of his curent rims and getting the same one.

No, they don't. The link you posted is for a 19.5x6.0 rim. That means it's 6 inches wide. According to the charts, a 245/70R19.5 tire should be mounted on a rim that's 6.75-7.5 inches wide. The rim you're looking at is too narrow for your tires.

i understand, do you know any specific place where i can purchase these rims, there arent any dealers within 50 miles of us... so purchasing online would really be the best option

There are lots of companies that sell rims online, but you are going to have to tell them exactly what you want. On my coach, the placard beside the driver's seat that tells the max weight and tire size also lists my rim size. Yours should too.

Take that information, along with the year and brand of your chassis, size and load range of your tires, and start calling. Google "19.5 steel wheels". That'll get you started.

The 15,700 lb chassis will use the 6 inch wide rim.

The 18,000, 20,500, and the 22,000 lb chassis use the 6.75 inch wide rim.

This is for my 2001 F53 chassis..

Etrailer.com has a great assortment of rims... there are some 19.5" rims used on HD trailers.. Any, I mean any truck tire dealer will have access to a NEW wheel...

Also... Erickson RV in Idaho is a supply company that deals in lots of used RV parts... as I remember, I'm sure I saw a selection of wheels...
