Just looked at a beautiful 01 36' U320 Foretravel on the Motorhomes of Texas web site. It has the Cummins 450 hp and the Allison 4060hd tranny with retarder. Also had headlight and taillight conversion and full body paint. Very pricey options. Looks brand new!

Mine is16 years old and people can't believe it's age. Foretravels remain rock solid throughout their years. I highly recommend them. Good luck in your search

Thank You, and yes, they are extremely well built. I'd never heard of Foretravel until a friend bought a 2001 U295. The first time I saw it, I was totally blown away! These are solid through and through. you won't find any cheap lightweight anything in a Foretravel. What really sold me was when we went to the annual RV show and I was comparing brand new 300-450K motorhomes to my friends 2001 FT. And we thought his was actually nicer!
One thing that really stood out was the thin wood used in the cabinets and drawers. And also there was a broken trim piece on a door frame of the 400K MH. Also saw a ceiling trim molding hanging down! And they brought this for a Show! Anyway, if your looking for a well built quality motorhome, I highly recommend a Foretravel.

OK you talked me into it

And my parents had a Foretravel so we knew quality. The one problem is the ISX 650 engine. It is known to have problems and are in Foretravels too.

I was really wanting to buy that one, put an offer on it when it first came up for sale. But found the 2005 and ended up with it at an incredible price. Never thought I'd be able to afford an 05, but I guess I got lucky!

I forgot to say in my previous,

BigD629 great looking coach! I'm sure you will be very pleased with it.

One other thing I want to add...if you want a showy or glitzy motorhome, Foretravels are not....just well built....but lacking on the fancy stuff. If that's important to you.

just looked up the 2001 foretravel on motorhomes of texas website. Since I am not that experienced, it would concern me to pay $100,000ish for a motorhome with 120,000 miles. BiGD2- how many miles did your 05 have on it when you bot it ?

I've been very happy with our Country Coach. Solid coach with high quality interior.
Here's one for about 69k;

buy something with power and enjoy it more...

I just bought a 2004 alpine 34'r... nice nice coach 400hp 1200 torque

personal opinion here but, I never had a coach that road so good.. up down hills cruised along..and smooth

not all air rides are the same so drive as many as you can first

Ours has 75,000. The 120,000 didn't bother me, as I knew that it was an extremely well maintained coach.
