40 will handle much better than 36. Usually over 40' is the dividing line at campgrounds for cost and sites. But if I could afford a 45' I'd have one.

What dealer did you use for your purchase? We are hoping to be able to purchase from a West Coast dealer but are prepared for other options. TIA

For your best deal contact Tiffin and get a list of dealers and a build sheet. Figure out what you want and then send the filled out build sheet to the list of dealers asking for their best price.

Tiffin Motorhomes | Wherever You Go, We Go.

Most people have found that the East coast dealers are lower than the West coast dealers. If you are worried about warranty problems you can call Bob Tiffin and he will authorize you to use any dealer you prefer that will do the work. I'm on my second Tiffin.

Read Rudy's thread on the Cummins site, you might want to lower that percentage a bit.

I have to respectfully disagree...My last coach was a 40 footer and didn't handle much differently than the 36 footer that I have now, except that I can get in and out of a lot more places with my new coach.
