My list of messages starts at 13!

Perhaps there were 12 others that might be missing and explain that question.

To answer the posts headline question. I get between 7.5 and 8 MPG with my 400hp.

Good for you! I had an Allegro Bus with 400 ISL and never got more than 6.5 mpg! I get this with my ISX 600 HP.

Our ISC 350/1050 in the 34,000# Dutch Star towing a Honda Odyssey would get 7 to 8. Same after I added the Banks kit for 435/1200.
The present ISX 650 shows 7.6 overall for 45,000 miles on the VMS and still the same since we bought it and towing the Ody. Figuring by hand will get less as the generator and AquaHot are run out of the same tank so the VMS figures are the most accurate.

I get around 8.5 mpg, towing a PT cruiser. A bit more on the flats in south (I-95 south of DC) , a bit less in the hills of the north (NE and NY).

ISL 8.9
