Yes, the EMS is showing the total load in 120vac amps. The Bogart is showing net 12v amps in/out of the battery bank. Two different numbers, so hardly surprising they are unalike.
For example, if that 5A @120v input load was solely converted to battery amps, it would yield about 60A@12v. However, some of that 5A is probably going to drive the fridge, maybe heating some water, running a clock, lighting up the microwave display, whatever. Only part of it is producing DC amps via the converter/charger. The Bogart says there is a net 30A difference between 12v in and 12v out.
