We did a two-monther with the kids last year, at about this time. I too recommend Colonial Williamsburg. I would also suggest the B&O Railroad Museum in Baltimore and the attractions throughout the Black Hills of Custer SD like Wind Cave, Rushmore, Custer State Park (with the bison herds and the Begging Burros) and Crazy Horse.

Have a great trip.

Ever want to go to a NASCAR stock car race ? Maybe a trip to Charlotte for a race and the NASCAR hall of fame.

Or if you are in the mid-west try a local dirt track.

We're between jobs so we've decided to take some time off. We're planning to travel out west from FL and then on to AK. I sure hope fuel doesn't make it to $5/gallon.
